Headquarted in Tempe, Arizona, The Radiak Group LLC is a full-service IT, web and marketing communications consulting company, offering consulting services, creative services, IT staffing and IT services, including equipment rentals and procurements and web hosting. Radiak Group has been involved in the web and IT consulting industry for the past 10 years. Radiak Group has worked with a wide range of clients spanning several different industries and organizational types, ranging from large Forbesí 125 companies to major Research-I universities to local non-profit organizations.
Originally founded by company president Nate Policar, The Radiak Group was known as MrNate Consulting until 2006 and, in 2007, The Radiak Group officially became a registered limited liability company of Arizona.
In 2009, The Radiak Group expanded its product line of athletics IT consulting into a new brand, BCS Stats Systems, creating a registered subsidiary of The Radiak Group LLC.
Nate Policar is the company president and founder of The Radiak Group LLC. Mr. Policar has over ten years of experience working in the information technology field, focusing mainly in the areas of web development and online communications.
Mr. Policar holds a masterís of business Administration degree and a bachelorís of science degree in Business Computer Information Systems, with a minor in Mass Communications, from Arizona State University (Tempe, Ariz.).
Mr. Policar has worked in a variety of positions and functions over the past decade, including software and web application development, graphic, web and collateral design, video production, desktop and network technical support, public and media relations, and marketing. He also has expansive experience working in athletics, including working for teams in the NBA, the MLB, the NHL, the WNBA and the Arena Football League, as well as NCAA athletics. Mr. Policar also has served as a journalist and editorial columnist, reporting for ESPN SportsTicker during Cactus League Spring Training and writing weekly columns for several publications.
In 1999, Mr. Policar began working in the field as the webmaster of Issaquah School District, one of the largest districts in the state of Washington, with over 12,000 students at the time and 20 different campuses, each with their own website. He quickly began modernizing the organizationís online communications efforts, designing, developing and implementing a district-wide, database-driven, online events calendar for scheduling facilities and events as well as upgrading website at each campus and training personnel in techniques for website maintenance. In 2000, he was honored with the Washington State Schools Public Relations Associationís award for Excellence in Publications and Online Communications for his groundbreaking work for the school district.
