Nate Policar is the company president and founder of The Radiak Group LLC. Mr. Policar has over ten years of experience working in the information technology field, focusing mainly in the areas of web development and online communications.

Mr. Policar holds a master’s of business Administration degree and a bachelor’s of science degree in Business Computer Information Systems, with a minor in Mass Communications, from Arizona State University (Tempe, Ariz.).

Mr. Policar has worked in a variety of positions and functions over the past decade, including software and web application development, graphic, web and collateral design, video production, desktop and network technical support, public and media relations, and marketing. He also has expansive experience working in athletics, including working for teams in the NBA, the MLB, the NHL, the WNBA and the Arena Football League, as well as NCAA athletics. Mr. Policar also has served as a journalist and editorial columnist, reporting for ESPN SportsTicker during Cactus League Spring Training and writing weekly columns for several publications.

In 1999, Mr. Policar began working in the field as the webmaster of Issaquah School District, one of the largest districts in the state of Washington, with over 12,000 students at the time and 20 different campuses, each with their own website. He quickly began modernizing the organization’s online communications efforts, designing, developing and implementing a district-wide, database-driven, online events calendar for scheduling facilities and events as well as upgrading website at each campus and training personnel in techniques for website maintenance. In 2000, he was honored with the Washington State Schools Public Relations Association’s award for Excellence in Publications and Online Communications for his groundbreaking work for the school district.
